We are focusing on two primary problems:
There aren’t enough Ethnic Minority Talents working across key growth sectors of the UK economy: So we'll be actively promoting these sectors to these Talents through speaking initiatives and other partnerships.
There aren't enough Ethnic Minority Talents in senior or leadership roles, we'll be spotlighting these Talents, creating mentoring programmes, pleading with employers to help identify and remove structural hurdles impeding growth, and assisting in bringing about the necessary change.

We’re on a mission to Increasing the representation of Ethnic Minority Talents at both entry and senior levels within the key growth sectors of the UK economy.
Evidence suggests that labour and skills shortages continue to be a real challenge in the United Kingdom, with 41% of businesses reporting hard-to-fill vacancies. At the same time, Scottish Ethnic Minority Talents continue to face hurdles to get a job or progress at workplace. They have less access to mentors and sponsors
