Through specialised training, board placement opportunities, and strategic partnerships, we are breaking down barriers to create more inclusive and diverse leadership in the third sector and beyond.
Talent on Board is a professional development programme under the AccelerateBLK project, designed to equip individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds with the skills, knowledge and connections necessary to excel as board members. This initiative addresses the underrepresentation of ethnic minorities on boards by providing a structured pathway to leadership roles, ensuring organisations benefit from a broad range of ideas, perspectives, and talents.
The programme is completely FREE of charge for prospective candidates.
Following the training, participants will engage in board-shadowing, gaining practical experience and applying their new skills in real-world governance settings.
